Who you are working with.

My name is Teresa, and I am a licensed German Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher with years of experience in both fields. I have always been driven by the goal of supporting clients on their journey to a strong, pain-free life. This motivation has fueled my continuous commitment to expanding my knowledge and skills in my chosen profession.

Over the past 10 years, I have completed several internships across various areas of physiotherapy, worked in the wellness industry while studying, and ultimately decided to specialize in Orthopedic Medicine. To best meet the needs of this field, I have pursued further education in Taping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and—most importantly—Manual Therapy, completing the two-year course offered by the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine Europe (IAOM).

Alongside my structured, science-based profession as a physiotherapist, Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years. After years of self-practice, I decided to deepen my journey and began my teacher training in 2020, completing my 500-hour Spanda Vinyasa Diploma in 2022.

When teaching Yoga, I place great importance on ensuring that what I offer remains valuable and beneficial for my students. Yoga, with its rich cultural and traditional heritage spanning thousands of years, carries profound wisdom. At the same time, bodies, lifestyles, and scientific understanding have evolved significantly over the centuries. For me, this means we have a responsibility to actively reflect, rethink, and find a thoughtful balance between honoring tradition and integrating modern science.
